Lofaso has teamed up in partnership with Penguin In 2012, she teamed up with Penguin to publish The Busy Mother's Cookbook 100 recipes to prepare Delicious homemade Meals. The book describes the obstacles she faced while going to her first French Culinary Institute and raising her daughter Xea. Lofaso states that the reason to her achievement originates from her kitchen. This is the way she stays on top on the current happenings.
